Return and Exchange Policy for Perishable Goods

At Yamaneco Roasters, we strive to provide the highest quality coffee and equipments to our customers. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

### Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1. **Time Frame**: Perishable goods can be returned or exchanged within **14 days** of purchase.

2. **Condition**: Goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Same applies to  perishable goods that has been significantly consumed.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

### Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. **Defective Goods**: If the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. **Change of Mind**: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

 

### Process for Returns and Exchanges
